John was raised in Lumberton, N.C. and bleeds TarHeel blue. When my dreams of becoming the next Michael Jordan didn't come to fruition; I moved to Captiva Island, Florida to work in the hotel industry. Then I found myself in Atlanta in 1995 and pursued a career in retail management. Fortunately for me, this is where I met the love of my life, married her, and now has a beautiful 2 1/2 year old daughter. When I'm not spending time with my family, you can find me golfing, playing tennis, basketball, fantasy football and occasionally surfing when the location permits.

I enjoy the freedom and independent nature of the appraisal industry. I have been licensed since 2002, and look forward to a long successful career in both appraisals and in real estate investing.
